Motorcycle clutch is a very important part of all parts. Clutch is a key component of motorcycle which integrates safety, usability and comfort. Correct use of motorcycle clutch: first start the motorcycle with the key, confirm that the gear is in neutral, and then firmly grasp the clutch. Start to loosen the clutch slowly. Be sure to loosen it slowly, otherwise it is very dangerous. When you release it to a certain extent, you will feel the motorcycle moving forward, and then fill it slowly. When the motorcycle starts driving, you can open the motorcycle clutch. When shifting gears, release the accelerator, grasp the clutch, step on the gear, and then release the clutch. Parking is very simple. Release the accelerator, step on the neutral gear first, and then step on the brake. After parking, turn off the key and remove it.

How to judge if there is a problem with the motorcycle clutch?

1. When the engine speed is constant, the driving speed is significantly lower than before;

2. When driving, I feel that the engine speed has increased, but the speed change is not obvious;

3. Put up the main bow, lift the rear wheel off the ground, shift into gear, keep pressing the accelerator, slowly press the rear brake pedal, obviously the rear wheel starts braking, but the engine speed does not decrease significantly;

4. Judging from the oil color: when changing the oil, there is a little gray material in the black oil, which can be judged as worn motorcycle clutch. If the motorcycle clutch is severely ablated, the oil will be black gray mixture;

5. Judging from the smell of the engine oil: the engine gives off abnormal burning smell after overheating, or the engine oil has obvious burning smell when changing the engine oil.

Here are the daily maintenance methods for motorcycle clutch:

1. Set the clutch control handle correctly, and keep 10-20mm free travel space at the far end of the handle;

2. Correctly maintain the motorcycle clutch cable (clean the exposed steel cable and drop oil into the cable cavity), keep the cable retracting and springing effective, and replace the new cable in case of springback failure;

3. Use half clutch as little as possible;

4. try not to accelerate or release the motorcycle clutch violently.
