Introduction to igniter
Igniter refers to a device that can provide sufficient energy to ignite pulverized coal and oil fuel and stabilize the flame in an instant. Igniters can be divided into commercial stoves and civil stoves: commercial stoves are mainly used for ignition and installation of cooking stoves in catering kitchens.

Because the use environment of catering kitchens is more complex, the requirements for choosing igniters are more strict. It is mainly used as the ignition device of household stove for civil use. The operating environment is simpler than the dining stove, and there are many pulse ignition methods.
There are three types of igniters:
Electronic pulse igniter: the pulse type has low spark temperature due to low power and ignition energy. For some mixed gases with high ignition point and low concentration, the combustor with explosion will spontaneously ignite when ignited. The occurrence rate is low, and safety accidents such as ignition failure or deflagration often occur. Long term continuous ignition is easy to burn out the fuel burner.
Electronic high-frequency and high-voltage igniter: high power, high ignition energy and high spark temperature, but the ignition time is generally not more than 5 minutes, otherwise it is easy to heat and burn out, large and heavy, and difficult to install and transport.
Coil silicon steel sheet igniter: high power, high energy, high spark temperature, ignition time is about 10 minutes, otherwise it will be burned out due to heating, small size and light weight, but the domestic quality is generally poor, and 90% of the market is imported.
Identification method of igniter:
1. After all wires of the igniter are plugged in, do not connect the power line, and do not unplug the high-voltage output line of the magneto in advance. After confirming that the ground wire of the igniter is well connected with the ground wire of the circuit on the vehicle, pull out the high-voltage cap of the spark plug and insert the spare spark plug into the body. Then connect the DC circuit on the motorcycle to the charging end of the igniter.
2. After connecting the igniter according to the above circuit, turn the magneto to make the trigger sensor send an ignition signal to the igniter to see if the spark plug ignites. If the spark plug catches fire, it is the DC igniter. If the ignition fails for a while, check the cause carefully, or judge its property point by means of instrument measurement, and judge it as AC igniter.
